Key Duties

• Handle daily cash and bank transactions – receive payments, issue receipts, and prepare bank deposits.
• Manage petty cash and process staff claims/reimbursements.
• Process payments (cheques, bank drafts, online transfers) and ensure proper approval.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain proper filing of all cash and bank documents.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years in cashiering or accounts role.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Trustworthy, detail‑oriented, and good with numbers.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
