JOB OBJECTIVES / SUMMARY

To assist the daily administrative operations in overall building maintenance and office

facilities for the Company, to ensure compliance of local legislation related to the

general services and administration of such maintenance and facilities.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Door Access System -to prepare and issue door access cards/employee badges to staff / visitors upon request.
• To order the stationery based on request, deliver and dispense the stationery.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the company premises, including the factory, warehouse and offices, by monitoring the performance of the cleaners.
• To order consumable items requested by staff, plan for delivery date and process the invoices on time for Finance Department to make payment.
• All invoices/DO are in electronic filing ( scan and rename soft copies)
• Maintain and update the Vehicle Registration Master List from time to time by issuing Car /Motorcycles stickers to staff on time, and update the security guards with the latest vehicle list.
• Car park Management – all the parking-related issues.
• Assist in obtaining quotations for the general consumable items such as office furniture, printing, uniforms, PPE etc.
• Assist in the general housekeeping & cleanliness, environmental, safety & health and security system of the factory (office & building), ensure they are in good functional condition and compliance with relevant Government rules and regulations for safe and smooth running of operations.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
