Requirements:

- Have experienced at least 2 years in handling CCTV system, access card system and barrier gate system. (IMPORTANT)

- Can work independently

- Good communication skills

- Own transport & willing to travel

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) at client sites.
• Prepare and submit preventive maintenance reports using the provided format.
• Respond to and resolve ad hoc client complaints and technical issues.
• Prepare simple service reports and documentation after site visits.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain good communication with clients and internal teams regarding service progress and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support to onsite engineers during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities when needed.

Salary can negotiate during interview session.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
