Job Description:
Production processes planning and improvement
Design tooling and gauges to support production process
Project management, including coordinating directly with customers and external contractors on technical and project requirements
Process Documentation: Drafts detailed process sheets, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
Participate in development projects with Engineering department
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience in process engineering within the composites or advanced materials industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)
Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
Possess Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage
