We are an established events and construction company in KL looking for immediate hiring of a Creative Executive / Assistant Manager (Events).

Location : Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur

Position : Creative Executive / Assistant Manager (Events)

Salary : RM3,500 – RM5,500 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Conceive and implement concepts, creative ideation, guidelines and strategies in various creative event projects and oversee them to completion
• To create proposal and presentation decks to clients
• Presentation of ideas/pitching to clients
• To work with a team of designers, illustrators, copywriters
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide junior staff into accomplished professionals
• Problem solving, space planning, on-site technical surveying & measuring
• Required to work closely with the sales and operations team to conceptualise ideas and submit proposals on time
• To take on client servicing role when required

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Comm, Advertising, Fine Arts, Design or related disciplines
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in Creative line mainly in the Event/Exhibition business
• Experience in event operations and production
• Proficient in design softwares such as Canva, AutoCAD, 3D MAX & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Ability to handle strategizing, campaign execution and art direction
• Strong presentation, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time and project management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
