PROJECT AND DESIGN ARCHITECT (Kuala Lumpur)

What you should do:

·                    To assist in projects undertaken by the Company.

·                    Assist in implementing project according to schedules and budget.

·                    Prepare design proposal, layout plans and material board for presentation. 

·                    Assist in design development and architecture detailing.

What you should have:

·                    Must possess relevant diploma / degree in Architecture or equivalent.

·                    LAM Part 2 with 2-3 years experience.

·                    Possess strong flair in design and strong technical knowledge.

·                    Good presentation skill. Experience in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop.  Experience in Revit an advantage. 

·                    Self-motivated, disciplined, performance driven and able to work independently.

·                    Resourceful, able to meet tight deadlines and multi tasking.
