REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing websites, digital campaigns, and social media content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Good understanding of website design, digital trends, and current design best practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the Art Director.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior designers is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with Art Director to develop creative concepts and visual directions.
• Design and execute for digital campaigns across social media, websites, presentations, and other digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to maintain high design standards across all deliverables.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers when required.
• Support the team in solving creative and technical design challenges.

Bonus Skills

·      Motion graphics or short-form video editing.

·      Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantages._­
