• Ensure accurate policy details (validity, policy number, coverage) input to prevent rework or manual corrections
• Cross-check different system.
• Document preparation task including merge, split documents in one submission by determine the policy benefits and provider types.
• Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any)
• Build collaborative relationships with and ensure that claims registration are well managed for both internal and external key stakeholders (i.e policyholders, distribution servicing rep, ) to achieve claims business objectives.
• Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum Diploma holder with some administrative or data entry experiences
• Proficient in MS Office

Working Location: Raffles Place
Work hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Salary up to S$2500 to $3000
Contract Duration: 3 months to 6 months
