Responsibilities:

• Hardware Support
  Imaging and deployment of laptop, iPad, and iPhone.
  Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Software support
  Installation of OS updates / patches, including firmware and drivers.
  Updating security patches of standard and end-point applications.
• Other Responsibilities
  Documenting procedures and knowledge base articles.
  Maintaining asset inventory (if required by customer).Collaborating with IT Teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  Participating in continual improvement of services
  
  

Requirements:

• Pursuing a diploma in IT or relevant
• Knowledge of Workplace / End-User / Desktop domain skills
• Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Android
• Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word)
• Basic hardware troubleshooting, imaging, setup, and deployment: PC (desktop and laptop), iMac, MacBook
