Sales Engineer

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, suppporting customers across West Malaysia

Salary: RM4,200-RM5,000 per month+high commission+petrol & toll claims+travelling allowances+yearly performance bonus

What you will do:

1. Manage and grow relationships with exisiting customers

2. Identify and develop new business opportunities

3. Prsent products and solutions professionally to customers

4. Prepare quotation, commercial proposals and agreements

5. Negotiate and close sales based on agreed pricing and margin targets

6. Work with service engineers on customer demonstrations based on technical requirements

7. Provide after sales support and coordinate customer follow up

8. Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights with management

9. Support trade shows,conference,exhibitions and other marketing activities

10. Prepare sales activity reports and contribute toward team KPI achievement

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Engineering, Business Studies/Admin/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Good communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Confidence in customer-facing presentations and discussions
• Own transport and willingness to travel for customer visits
• Strong discipline, time management and follow through
• Willing to relocate to other location when required
