A. Job Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible to assist the PMM in matters relating to the defect’s rectification operations.

2. Ensures that all defects rectification activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manners, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.

3. Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the defect’s rectification functions within the VTS Group of Companies.

4. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.

5. Amalgamate existing structures and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and add value to the defect’s rectification function.

B. Job Tasks:-

1. To supervise the defects rectification works.

2. To ensure that the defects rectification works activities run smoothly and are completed within time specification.

3. Responsible for overall site and environmental safety.

4. To monitor defects rectification works progress and works order accordingly.

5. To perform daily reporting and feedback to HOD on daily basis.

6. Responsible for controlling tools movement and records.

7. You shall be responsible to carry out any other tasks that may be required / instructed by your HOD.

8. The above are the current job requirements which you are requested to observe but not limited to this, the Company may add, revise or delete other responsibilities and duties as may be necessary from time to time.

9. In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you are agree to assist, participate, carry out including but not limited to the company’s advertisement, promotional and marketing activities as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
