Job Responsibilities:

• Support store expos and canopy sales event by setting up POS systems, Wi-Fi connectivity and wireless cameras.
• Support end-users with technical inquiries, system access, and troubleshooting requests.
• Assist with server monitoring, including checking system uptime and storage utilization.
• Assist with account creation, password resets, and permission management.
• Support data migration activities, including data cleanup, formatting and validation.
• Help update system dashboards, reports or templates as instructed by supervisors

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information System or a related field.
• Have basic knowledge in technology and system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting and data entry.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn and capable of contributing effectively to the department.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
