Immediate Hiring: Bartender (Coffee & Mocktail)

Location: JIBRIL SS15

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for food and beverages, are team players and enjoy creating great guest experiences through outstanding service and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails and other beverages according to the Company's recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared and presented according to Company standards.
• Assist guests with beverage recommendations and answer questions regarding menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage preparation area.
• Monitor beverage stock levels and inform management of any shortages.
• Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly according to restaurant policy.
• Stay up to date on menu changes, promotions and daily specials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance by adhering to the Company's uniform and grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience in coffee, mocktail preparation or beverage operations is an added advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Highly motivated, energetic, positive and a quick learner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and approachable attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
