Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
• Execute online marketing campaigns including promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product content, images, and customer engagement.
• Monitor customer enquiries, reviews, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers and external partners to maximize platform performance.
• Support livestream sales activities and social commerce initiatives where required.
• Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital sales.
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other online marketplaces is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online promotional tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry is an added advantage.
