We are expanding our team in Kuala Lumpur and looking for passionate individuals to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Lead and motivate the retail team
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Monitor sales performance and stock levels
• Coordinate store activities with management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of retail supervisory/management experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate (Excel & Word)
