Support equipment improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing solutions to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
Collect and analyze equipment data to identify issues and support data-driven improvement activities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement projects.
REQUIRED:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, and manufacturing equipment principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
PREFERRED/SKILLS:
Knowledge of PLC, programming, and automation systems, combined with exposure to digitalization and Industry 4.0 practices such as IoT-based equipment monitoring, data analytics, or dashboard development is an advantage.
