Responsibilities

Financial Operations 

• Record daily transactions and keep ledgers balanced to maintain accurate financial records. 
• Assist with payroll processing entries and ensure payroll data is updated in payroll systems.

Billing & Account Management 

• Create and issue invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments. 
• Manage customer and vendor account details, resolve billing queries, and reconcile statements.

Process Support & Reporting 

• Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end close activities with clear documentation. 
• Improve routine processes by suggesting small, practical changes to reduce errors and speed up workflows.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

• Approximately 1 years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts administration, ideally in e-commerce or retail. 
• Diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• Accounting, with experience balancing ledgers and billing reconciliation. 
• Invoicing and account management for customers and vendors. 
• Familiarity with payroll systems and basic payroll entry tasks.

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• Clear communication and a helpful attitude when liaising with internal teams and external partners.
