Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, identify risks, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Resolve project issues and facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, *************, or Trello.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
