We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering and manufacturing background to drive New Product Introduction (NPI), product changes, and capacity expansion projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for NPI and engineering projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, sample builds, tooling, materials, and production readiness.
• Work closely with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Drive projects to meet schedule, quality, and cost objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of project engineering or NPI experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly operations.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating projects from development to production launch.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
