We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in spa or wellness management, capable of driving sales performance, developing staff, and maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa to ensure efficient and smooth business operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality requirements.
• Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of treatment rooms and facilities.
• Ensure all spa equipment and products are properly maintained and available.

2. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa therapists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower planning.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development.
• Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment.

3. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly revenue, retail sales, and profitability targets.
• Drive sales of spa treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve operational efficiency.

4. Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous service improvements.

5. Inventory & Financial Management

• Manage inventory levels of spa products, consumables, and retail merchandise.
• Monitor operational expenses and control costs effectively.
• Oversee daily sales reconciliation, cash handling, and reporting.
• Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports for management.

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular operational audits and quality inspections.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies and professional standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and business operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/booking systems.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
