Project Architect

• HKIA Registered Architect full understanding of updated Hong Kong building codes and regulations with min. 3 years practical experience
• Proof of project administration experience for building projects in Hong Kong.
• Expected to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit and Photoshop, knowledge, experience and skill in handling BIM and AI assisted design is a plus
• Preference shall be given to those with passion and enthusiasm in design and willing to accept challenge, self discipline with good communication skill in teamwork
• Fast track promotion to senior management levels for candidates with dedication, commitment and enthusiasm in the profession
