Senior Consultant – SAP Process IntegrationAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – SAP Process Integration to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an SAP integration professional with extensive experience in SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and enterprise integration solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end SAP integration solutions across global SAP ERP landscapes. Working closely with international teams, business stakeholders, customers, and vendors, you will lead integration initiatives, provide technical expertise, and ensure high-performance, scalable, and reliable integration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite.
• Design and implement end-to-end interfaces using industry-standard EDI formats such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, CSV, IDOC, and other proprietary formats.
• Develop integration scenarios between SAP and third-party applications using APIs and middleware technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants and development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability.
• Perform system analysis, performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of existing integration landscapes.
• Manage service requests and coordinate support activities with global SAP teams when required.
• Ensure adherence to SAP integration best practices, governance standards, and documentation.
• Stay current with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative integration approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing SAP interface solutions using:
• SAP PI/PO
• SAP CPI (SAP Cloud Integration)
• SAP Backend Integration
• SAP APIs
• Strong experience with SAP integration technologies and middleware architecture.
• Hands-on experience with interface development using:
• IDOC
• EDIFACT
• XML
• CSV
• ANSI X12
• Good programming knowledge in Java and XSLT.
• Advanced ABAP development skills (ABAP OO is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, messaging protocols, and enterprise application integration concepts.
• Functional knowledge in at least two SAP modules such as:
• SD
• MM
• LE
• FI
• PP
• HR
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite and cloud integration technologies.
• Experience integrating SAP with external enterprise applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, and API management.
• Experience in performance optimization and production support.
• SAP certifications in PI/PO, CPI, or SAP Integration technologies are an advantage.
