About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and grow our social media presence through compelling, on-brand content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and connects with our audience.

You will be involved in the content creation process—from brainstorming concepts and planning campaigns to filming, editing, designing, and publishing daily content across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging branded content for our social media and marketing channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Brainstorm, conceptualise, and develop creative content ideas individually or as a team.
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, brand objectives, and social-media trends.
• Conceptualise, film, edit, and deliver video content such as service promotions, product features, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle videos.
• Develop visual content, including promotional posts, carousels, stories, graphics, and other digital assets.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and on-screen copy that reflect the brand’s voice and encourage audience interaction.
• Publish content consistently across social platforms and ensure all posts are optimised for each channel.
• Monitor social-media trends, cultural conversations, competitor activity, and audience engagement to identify fresh content opportunities.
• Support initiatives that grow page reach, followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or pre-loved luxury industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a creative, social-media, content-strategy, or content-production role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social-media platforms.
• Experience in videography, photography, video editing, visual design, and scriptwriting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Edits, Canva, CapCut, and other mobile or editing software.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, branding, and content that performs well on social media.
• Comfortable on screen, being around people, engaging with clients or talent, and working in a collaborative environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social-media trends, viral formats, internet culture, and cultural conversations.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and remain resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to stay calm and adaptable under pressure.

Bonus Points

• Experience creating content for luxury, fashion, beauty, jewellery, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience appearing in front of the camera or directing on-camera talent.
• A portfolio or social-media account demonstrating your content creation, filming, editing, design, or storytelling skills.
