Location: Jln Ahmad Ibrahim
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 7.42am to 5pm
Duration: 1 year (Renewable)
Salary: UP $5000/mth + 1mth completion bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive & predictive maintenance for building systems
• Oversee Electrical, HVAC, Utilities & M&E systems
• Handle vendor management, project coordination & safety compliance
• Drive energy-saving initiatives and maintenance improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Facilities Management
• 5–8 years of FM or building maintenance experience
• Experience in Electrical & Mechanical systems
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage
