• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close new business.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client delivery.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
