Job Summary
You will develop and maintain BIM models to support project tendering, coordination, and construction, ensuring model accuracy and quality for effective visualization and quantity extraction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update BIM models from Tender drawings and corrigenda following company standards
- Produce still image renderings to support presentations
- Create 4D sequencing aligned with the Engineer’s master program to visualize project timelines
- Extract quantities from BIM models to assist Tender QS/Engineers with accurate references
- Update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigenda for ongoing project phases
- Prepare BIM models for coordination meetings and Shop drawing submissions according to the BIM schedule
- Use BIM models to facilitate communication and visualization for project stakeholders
- Verify model integrity and quality by identifying and resolving clashes and inconsistencies
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Structure, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of BIM experience within main contractor environments
- Proficient knowledge of building regulations and local design codes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit modeling software
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with ACC Platform software
