Studio Experience Host (Part-Time)

Location: Flowhouse by Music Love Yoga – Katong, Singapore

Flowhouse is a boutique wellness studio where people come to slow down, move well and recover.

We combine Yoga, Strength Training, Personal Training, and Recovery Rituals.

The Role

As a Studio Experience Host, you are the heart of the studio.

You are not just greeting clients.

You are creating an experience from the moment someone walks through our doors until the moment they leave.

Your Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome every client warmly.
• Check clients into classes and appointments.
• Assist new clients with registrations.
• Answer enquiries in person, by phone and WhatsApp.
• Recommend suitable memberships and services.
• Build genuine relationships with our community.

Studio Operations

• Prepare yoga studios before classes.
• Maintain a clean and beautiful reception.
• Fold towels and organise amenities.
• Laundry and linen management.
• Refill retail shelves.
• Monitor studio supplies.

Recovery Suite

• Prepare the Recovery Suite before each booking.
• Ensure towels, coconut water and amenities are ready.
• Clean and reset the room after each session.
• Ensure the sauna and recovery equipment are presented beautifully.

Hospitality

• Keep the studio immaculate.
• Notice the little details.
• Ensure every client feels welcome.
• Help create a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Loves people.
• Is naturally warm and welcoming.
• Takes pride in cleanliness and organisation.
• Notices details others miss.
• Is reliable and punctual.
• Learns new technology easily.
• Enjoys working in a wellness environment.
• Has excellent spoken English.
• Works well independently.

Previous yoga or fitness experience is not required.

A great attitude is far more important than previous experience.

Working Hours

We are currently hiring for flexible part-time shifts.

Weekdays

Morning Shift

• 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Evening Shift

• 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Weekends

• 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Flexible scheduling available.

Salary

• S$15–18/hour
• Performance incentives available
• Opportunities to grow into a Senior Host or Studio Manager role
