CAD-IT is seeking an Electrical Sales Engineer in Malaysia to manage customer accounts across the electronics and semiconductor sectors and meet sales targets through ANSYS simulation solutions. Responsibilities include understanding customer engineering challenges, developing account plans with customer profiles and strategies, building sales pipeline through prospecting and networking, delivering technically credible sales presentations and proposals tailored to each customer's engineering context, staying current with ANSYS product offerings, collaborating with technical and marketing teams on pre- and post-sales support, and maintaining CRM documentation. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering with 3+ years of technical sales experience in engineering software or electronics, plus knowledge across IC design, PCB design, embedded systems or RF/microwave engineering; familiarity with ANSYS tools is advantageous. The company offers a commission structure plus discretionary annual bonus, medical and insurance coverage, and structured training programmes.
