STUDENT CARE CENTRE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CENTRE SUPERVISOR/ STUDENT CARE TEACHER.

(Student Care Centre / Tuition Centre)

We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
• Streamline work processes
• Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
• To take on tuition classes
• To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
• To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
• Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule
• Training of new hires
• Handle firsthand issues for the outlet
• Providing regular updates to the management
• Any other operational duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

• Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
• Preferably with prior tutoring experience
• Enjoy being with children, classroom management
• Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
• Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
• Good grades in O level/ A level
• Driving license is a plus
