Healthcare 
Monday - Friday / office hours (may have half day sat in future)
Working location: Ubi (Near Macpherson MRT)
1 year contract renewable



Responsibilities

Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
Provide relevant service information to callers
Assist with appointment booking from Hospital, SAF and CHAS GP
Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive



Requirements

Min GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma 
At least 2 - 3 years of customer service experiences preferably in healthcare setting
Possess good communication, organisational and coordination skills
Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
