Interior Fit-Out | Design& Build | Southeast Asia

Location: Singapore, with regional travel

The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior, commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to expand our business across Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

You will lead market development, secure profitable projects and build strategic client accounts across the retail, F&B, office and commercial fit-out sectors.

This role offers regional ownership, attractive performance incentives and strong operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the regional business development strategy.
• Activate and expand your industry network to generate qualified opportunities.
• Lead client pitches, tender negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Secure projects with sustainable pricing, payment terms and gross margins.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop long-term strategic accounts.
• Work with design, estimating and project teams to convert opportunities and ensure effective project handovers.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3–5 years of B2B project sales or business development experience in interior fit-out, design-and-build or construction.
• Strong knowledge of the fit-out project lifecycle, materials, costing and tendering process.
• An established network within the retail, F&B or commercial fit-out sectors.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and close high-value projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and sound commercial judgment.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia to pursue and close opportunities.
