We are pleased to be partnering a not-for-profit services provider in Singapore to appoint a Total Rewards Analyst into their organisation. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring that high-quality total rewards programs are delivered accurately and promptly to an organisation marked by multiple divisions.

Job Description

Reporting into the Rewards Manager, you will play a key hands-on role in driving the annual compensation cycle and supporting broader Total Rewards initiatives. This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys detail, accuracy, and process ownership.

• Lead and manage the annual compensation review cycle (merit increments, bonuses, promotions)
• Provide benefits administration and employee support
• Support performance management and goal-setting processes
• Contribute to projects such as salary structure reviews and other rewards initiatives
• Maintain accurate compensation data and generate reports using Excel

The Successful Candidate

• 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting)
• Experience managing annual compensation cycles end-to-end
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Prior experience in not-for-profit organisations such as education, healthcare etc. will be an advantage
