Our portfolio includes Akira Back , presenting innovative contemporary Japanese cuisine; Hana no Kumo , showcasing the quintessential of Japanese kappou (cut and cook) cuisine; Peridot at Summit 38 , Asia’s hottest bar and dining sanctuary offering terroir-driven cocktails, fermentation-forward plant-based haute cuisine; and Cloud 39 , a striking all-glass rooftop ballroom and panoramic terrace designed for unforgettable weddings, elevated events and milestone moments.

The Henderson Hospitality Limited is entering an exciting new chapter as we continue to set new benchmarks for luxury hospitality and dining excellence. As our portfolio grows, we are seeking an exceptional member to join our team as Integrated Support Services Officer .
Key Responsibilities:
Handle F&B reservations enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain updated reservation records and ensure all booking details are correctly entered into the system.
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest service.
Follow up on booking confirmations, guest requirements, and operational arrangements.
Support daily reservation and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or related administrative work is preferred.
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
Familiar with reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and maintain a professional attitude.
