Join Our Team as an Account Assistant!

Are you someone who enjoys working with numbers, organizing documents, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their accounting knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and grow together with the company.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents, invoices, payment vouchers, and related records.
• Support monthly financial reporting, including P&L reports and sales performance analysis.
• Assist with stock reporting and reconciliation.
• Process company claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary supporting documents.
• Handle banking-related documentation and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate filing and record keeping for financial documents.
• Support trade-in transactions, proforma invoices, and other finance-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for document submission and follow-up.
• Assist with petty cash management and daily finance administration.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support the finance team.

What We Are Looking For:

Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Able to work with numbers and documentation

Responsible and able to manage multiple tasks

Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an added advantage
