Job Title: Operation Support Analyst (OSA) at Cold Storage Klang Parade

Job Purpose

To support the daily operations of the business by monitoring store performance, preparing reports, maintaining operational data, and coordinating with stores and Head Office to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of stores and Head Office.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor store performance and operational KPIs.
• Analyse operational data and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with stores and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and projects.
• Ensure stores comply with company policies and SOPs.
• Maintain and update data in thePanda System.
• Ensure the accuracy of information in the Panda System.
• Provide support to stores on Panda System-related matters.
• Perform any other operational duties as assigned by management from time to time to support the smooth operation of the business.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail operations or a related role.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Panda System is an advantage.
• Able to work 6 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
