We are looking for an IT Assistant to support the hotel’s daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for computers, printers, software, Wi-Fi and network issues.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Support hotel systems, including PMS and POS systems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords and system access.
• Maintain IT inventory and service records.
• Assist with system backups, antivirus updates and cybersecurity checks.
• Coordinate with IT vendors when required.
• Support meetings and events involving audiovisual equipment.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Microsoft Office.
• Hotel IT experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
