1.Maintaining the development of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)and Environmental Policies and Programs for the Company.

2.Lead and conduct periodic audit with factory supporting team to inspect premises and workplace and the work of personnel with risk assessment to indetify issues of non-comformity.

3.Stop any unsafe acts or process that seem dangerous pr detrimental to health.

4.Advising and instructing on various work and environmental safety-related topics(for instances,noise levels,use PPEs,maxhineries etc)

5.Provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations.

6.Prepare audit finding reports with action plan to enforce preventive measures.

7.Oversee line installations,maintenance and disposal of hazardous substance etc.

8. Monitoring the effectiveness of control measures.

9.Always on constant lookout for health and safety violations in the work place.

10.Constantly reviewing existing policies and measures and update operating procedure(SOPs) in accordance with Regulatory Requirements and continuously improving to ensuresustainable compliance to OSH Law.

11.Encouraging worker's participation. Initiate and organize OHS training for employeesand executives.

12. Investigation of any near missed incidents or accidents,provide recommendations for corrective and preventive measures and ensure maintenance of required injury and illnessrecord keeping.

13.Assist HR in handling worker's compensation claims.

14.Prepare reports on incidents and occurrences and provide statistical information to Management.

15.Serve as liaison with external agencies such as DOSH,DOE,Fire Department (BOMBA)MOH,etc.Coordinate and follow-up on audits to ensure that the replies are satisfactorilycomplied.Ensure all supporting documents are kept current.Ensure The Industrial Effluent Treatment System(IETS) working under DOE regulations

16. Actively participate and contribute to Food Safety and Quality.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
