Operation Manager

Job Summary

Dandy Modern Food is looking for a passionate and hands-on Operation Manager to lead our restaurant operations, drive sales growth, and develop high-performing teams. You will oversee daily outlet operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and work closely with different departments to achieve business goals.

 Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets (Front & Back of House).

* Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, food safety, Halal, and HACCP standards.

* Monitor sales, labour cost, food cost, and outlet performance.

* Plan manpower, approve staff schedules, and support recruitment and onboarding.

* Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members.

* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.

* Work with the Marketing team to support promotions, events, and campaigns.

* Monitor reservations, corporate bookings, and guest enquiries.

* Coordinate outlet maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

* Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.

* Support new outlet openings and operational improvements.

 What We're Looking For

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

Experience in the F&B industry is preferred

* Minimum 5 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.

* Passionate about people development and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 per month
