The Role
Here's where you'll make an impact:

• Partnering with sales and project teams to shape early-stage procurement strategies
• Defining sourcing frameworks to maintain compliance with budget, quality, and timeline expectations
• Proactively identifying and managing commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Leading high-value supplier negotiations using a Total Cost of Ownership approach
• Overseeing supplier performance, scope changes, and qualification processes
• Managing SAP-based reporting and project data to support informed decision-making
• Sharing insights and promoting best practices to drive team-wide improvement

What We're Looking For
You'll bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, project procurement, or project management within Oil & Gas or Power Generation
• Familiarity with compression and/or gas turbine equipment (advantageous)
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and cost modelling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and operating effectively in a matrix environment
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time
