Technical Implementation Manager

Location: Kota Damansara (Fully Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (1 year, renewable)
Salary: RM8,000 – RM13,000/month (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to manage enterprise software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning, integration, testing, deployment, and handover.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in fintech, core banking, ERP, or enterprise systems, with the ability to manage both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Coordinate with clients, business users, developers, QA, and support teams.
• Manage system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Support API integration, data migration, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and issue resolution.
• Track project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide updates and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth handover and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in software implementation or technical project delivery.
• Experience with core banking systems, fintech solutions, ERP, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and software deployment.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
