Job Summary

DUTIES:
1. Cover all spectrum of finance and accounting (full set account)
2. Responsible for the preparing and monitoring of budgeting, costing, forecasting and reporting
3. To prepare weekly and monthly closing and reporting (presentation)
4. Responsible for payment release and cashflow monitoring
5. Liaise with 3rd party such as government agencies (required driving)
6. To check and verify invoice listing from purchasing department
7. To assist purchasing and HR department in correspondent task
8. To liaise with warehouse department to do stock count and to verify the actual quantity.

REQUIREMENT:
1. Graduated from Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
2. Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience
3. Good health
4. Able to communicate in BM and BI
5. Urgent hiring. (Able to start immediately – report before Aug)
6. Knowledge in UBS accounting software
7. Diverse in excel formula
8. Possess valid driving license
