Role Description<

The Intern role is an on-site position based in Petaling Jaya, supporting the training and consulting operations of Conseiller Consulting. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in the preparation of training materials, coordinating logistics for in-house and public programs, and helping trainers with session setup and participant engagement.

The intern may support research on training topics, compile feedback from participants, and contribute to reports or basic documentation. Additional responsibilities can include general administrative support, updating databases, and participating in internal projects to improve training processes and client experience. This is an internship role designed to provide practical exposure to skills development and training consultancy in a professional environment.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Psychology) is an advantage.
• Basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with online collaboration tools.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a training-focused environment.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support group activities.
• Attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks and maintaining accurate records.
• Interest in training, facilitation, consulting, or skills development programs will be highly beneficial.
