As an IT Executive, I manage and support IT operations across multiple project sites nationwide, ensuring systems, hardware, and software run smoothly to meet operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive IT support to internal departments and project teams, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations
• Acting as technical coordinator for government projects, liaising with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and engineers
• Planning and supervising nationwide deployments, including logistics, manpower coordination, and cost estimation
• Conducting end-user training and on-site system handover sessions
• Performing system maintenance, software updates, patch deployments, and troubleshooting across multiple locations
• Leading data preparation, cleaning, and validation for government datasets
• Developing Python-based automation solutions to streamline workflows, including image processing and QR code generation
• Managing secure card printing operations and production quality control
• Preparing operational reports and documentation for management and stakeholders
