Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Customer Experience & Digital Adoption Projects

• Lead one of the assigned special projects or initiatives to improve our Order to Delivery process to improve customer satisfaction level and Customer Care team service quality.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback through several feedback channels and campaign. Monitor, analyse and drive the improvement plans in collaboration with other department stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to increase digital tools adoption for customers (myGAS portal) and internal employees related to Feedback, Telephony system, and ERP platform new functionality.

2. Customer Support & Inquiry Handling

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels professionally and confidently.
• Support the processing, acknowledgment, and monitoring of customer orders within the Order to Delivery framework.
• Help coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure stock availability for order fulfillment.

3. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

• Assist in logging customer feedback and complaints into the internal complaint system (NR log).
• Support the investigation and resolution of basic customer issues under the guidance of the Senior Executive.
• Help gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Are you a MATCH?

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with a basic command of data handling and document formatting
• Possessing personal transport is an added advantage
