Receptionist / Customer Service Executive

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,200 (commensurate with experience)

Working Location: Islandwide (assigned outlet will be discussed during the interview)

Responsibilities

* Welcome and greet customers warmly while delivering excellent customer service.
* Manage appointment bookings and customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
* Check customers in and out, process payments and issue receipts.
* Coordinate appointment schedules with Hair Stylists, Beauticians, Manicurists and Beauty Consultants.
* Maintain customer records and update appointment information accurately.
* Introduce and recommend suitable services, packages, memberships and promotions to customers.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organised and welcoming at all times.
* Assist with retail product sales, inventory and daily outlet administration when required.
* Coordinate with the outlet team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Perform other reception and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Relevant experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
* Friendly, well-groomed and professional with a positive attitude.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable using computers and appointment booking systems.
* Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
* Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
* Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
* A team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
