Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor linen delivery robots used for transporting supplies to guest floors and pantries.
  • Load and unload linen into robotic carriers, reducing the need for manual trolley handling.
  • Coordinate with Room Attendants and Supervisors to ensure robots are dispatched correctly and on time.
  • Inspect linen for quality issues (stains, damages) and report to Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Record robot dispatch data and integrate with daily linen stock reconciliation logs.
  • Troubleshoot minor robot operation issues and escalate technical concerns to Engineering/IT.
  • Ensure robots operate safely in guest corridors and public areas without disturbing guests.
  • Support hotel sustainability initiatives by minimizing wastage, reporting damaged linen, and segregating recyclable textiles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries, robot docking stations, and loading bays.
  • Participate in emergency and fire drill procedures as instructed.
  • Any additional duties within reasonable scope assigned by Management.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
  • Able to lift moderate loads and handle linen.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn operation of robotics/automation systems.
  • Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
