In this role, you will provide personalized financial planning solutions, build long-term client relationships, and recommend suitable financial products based on each client's needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients.
• Develop personalized financial plans covering wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, education, and legacy planning.
• Recommend suitable financial products and solutions, including insurance, investment-linked plans, savings, and retirement solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Review clients' financial portfolios regularly and provide ongoing advisory services.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, wealth management, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
