Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze sales and marketing datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SAP, Microsoft tools, and systems.
• Identify sales trends, market opportunities, and performance gaps to support business decisions.
• Translate data insights into targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
• Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement activities.
• Support sales teams by providing data-driven recommendations and prioritizing market opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing ideas to enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Guide marketing initiatives to achieve measurable business growth while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, marketing, or business intelligence, preferably at Senior Executive level.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience with SAP; knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to influence sales direction and drive execution.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Curious, solutions-oriented, and always seeking to understand the root cause behind business outcomes.
• Customer-focused with excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to anticipate stakeholder needs and respond promptly.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing effectively as part of a team.
