Responsibilities

Classroom & Instruction

• Plan and deliver structured lessons that match each student's learning profile and goals.
• Use visual aids, routines, and adaptive materials to improve focus and skill acquisition.

Therapeutic Support & Individual Plans

• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans that integrate speech, occupational, and sensory strategies.
• Monitor progress, record outcomes, and adjust interventions with measurable targets.

Family & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with parents, therapists, and support staff to coordinate consistent strategies across settings.
• Provide clear reports and guidance to families and participate in review meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Approximately 0 years of teaching experience acceptable; internship or practicum experience is an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Special Needs Children, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Early Intervention approaches.
• Familiarity with therapies such as Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Sensory Integration Therapy.
• Understanding of Early Childhood Education principles and Special Education teaching methods.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Patient and empathetic communicator who can adapt instructions to varied learning needs.
