Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment. (4A agency)
Proven portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and a range of writing styles across integrated campaigns.
Experience writing for both traditional and digital channels.
Ability to write in different tones and voices, tailored to various audiences and brands.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

岗位职责

Develop creative concepts and write persuasive copy for 360 campaigns including TV, print, digital, social, radio, activations, and OOH.
Collaborate with art directors to create integrated campaigns that are strategically sound and creatively brilliant.
Translate briefs into impactful storytelling, ensuring consistency of tone and messaging across all channels.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
Present ideas and copy to internal teams and clients confidently and effectively.
Stay current with industry trends, pop culture, and emerging platforms to ensure creative relevance.
Review and proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
